Description

What an excellent for almost every Indian going through right now, ambitious yet carrying so many imbalances in life. The language is very simple, humorous and to the point, a complex topic divided and explained in some practical aspects that one can follow. The No worry chart, the Ice cream candle analogy, and that Japanese technique is all so unique but right to the target for one to use in life.

This book simply and slowly makes us realize what is all wrong we are doing in life, and how wrong we are living our relationships. And, then tell us the best way to overcome it. The book explains to us the four wheels of life, where we have to control the steering wheel.

The best part I found was the two worksheets given at the end of the book i.e. One is a forgiveness worksheet, which helps you to forgive the people and the second is Ikigai, which is a Japanese word that means ‘reason to live and is best explained in the book. With every chapter comes a tagline that gives you insights about the content following and a beautiful quote.

Very well written, with humor and flow close to our day-to-day life conversation. It delivered the message in a very simple yet profound manner. I wish you all the best and may lord Krishna bestow his mercy upon you all the time and forever.
